If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please,

contact me within 3 days of delivery.

 

Please ship items back to me within 10 days of delivery.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss in value.

The buyer will be refunded the item's original value minus any damage and shipping costs.

 

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel a “Made to Order” garment or a DIY kit order, please notify me via email within the first 2 weeks (14 days) after purchasing for a full refund.

 

After 2 weeks (14 days) from the purchase date, “Made to Order” garments or DIY kits can not be canceled or refunded.
